Please I’m confuse here, the down part, you folded it into 2 and still divided the waist by 2, so how was the fabrics able to go round the waist
2 question: pls after pleating it and sewing it that was, was the Lenght actually achieved or it became shorter

The one on the mannequin is at the center. Because it was too big for the mannequin, pins were used to hold it.
