Is it okay if I ask you something? When you go onto insert, music and the speaker comes up, you got an icon come up asking you whether you wanted it to play "On Click" or "Automatically", but on mine I didn't get a choice-- the speaker just came up right away on my screen!
Help??

I sent my powerpoint presentation to my friend and she has Microsoft 2007 but when she tries to put music in for me but the icon for the movie and sound option is unavailable. What would she do?

I have Microsoft Powerpoint 2003
I sent it to my friend by email and she downloaded the presentation to add the music

another way would be to download the song just like he did but instead there was a button right below ANIMATIONS and it said PLAY SOUND: it would give you the option to play it across all slides
