    I walked 2 miles this morning and try to everyday I possibly can. I am still a long way from where I was 4 years ago, but I can't get back if I don't push myself! I have figured out since my recent surgery that a spirometer works wonders with my breathing! Great vlog as always Kenny!

    I get the winter fitness laziness.... when temps get back into the high 60s I start back up.... little bit of jogging... watching what I eat.... drinking a little less.... been that way for a long time. Important thing is to do it! After I turned 50 I started doing all that stuff, and now I’m over 60 ... might start back up this week, it’s gonna be 65 degrees!!! 🙂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I got my 5 mile hike in today. Every day I throw the pack on and hike up and down the hills trying to do 5 miles.

    I usually got to give myself a daily kick to get out and do some activity, now my dog really pushes me, he will usually follow me around the house even go to his leash and whine, or to the window and whine , most mornings it works. We usually walk 5 k most days its helped me drop a few pounds with a lot more needed to go lol. Its a slow process because I like to eat too much lol. Looking forward to your upcoming videos
