Wow! Me too! Same thing happened to me. I learned the difference was that I _wanted_ the Holy Ghost and I went to an *apostolic pentecostal* church, not just a Pentecostal church. I used to think that all Pentecostal churches were the same. Boy, was I wrong! BUT I came out of one right!! Praise God!!
Praise God for that fire!! I received the Holy Ghost when I was 15 years old. Still not tired of that feeling almost 35 years later. Just thinking, does anyone else think it is humorous that a comment supporting this below from someone named "firefighter"? Ha! Ha! Don't fight that Holy Ghost Fire!! :)

I'm pretty sure these people are lip synching? Wish I knew who was Really singing it. THEY ARE tearing it up!! I pray we don't lose the TRUE Anointing with these "perfectly done" songs though. We lose The Anointing and then we become just like all the rest. The world can "sing good" too
John 3:5 I can tell you they're not lip singing. This is Woodlawn ensemble from Woodlawn church in Columbia Ms. I went to church there for years before moved out of state. The man in the blue shirt and blazer was my best friends dad, I slept over at their house a few times. If you look up Woodlawn Church (Columbia Ms) they have a few videos posted of conferences and concerts. This is a very old video but the song never gets old!
Our music has moved uptown, but we have lost something in the process. This is slick and polished, but also powerless. Entertainment won't get the job done.

Years ago, this lady was a guest choir director directing our choir to sing this song and it was magnificent and sharp! Praise Yahweh!
