My father in law was a medic with the 100th, who served 17 months on the front and survived the war. He spoke of marching all over Europe and said surviving was a blessing and a curse. I believe you truly captured his feelings in your song. Thank you, Jake.

The tab book is a direct tab for his peace love ukulele album, on that version he plays over drums and an organ and he plays the version with single notes. The live version has more chords to fill in the sound and in my opinion would be better to learn.
