ok, straight up, I did leg day 2 weeks ago for the first time in forever and went to play the next day and holy cow, Hunter isn't exaggerating at all. Even if your form is trash, you don't realize how much legs you use, and how much less flippy discs feel when you can't use your legs XD

As a chiropractor and avid disc golfer, I just want to help hunter out so much. I don’t know if it is all the golf he is playing but Hunters foot is so turned in indicating tight right hip and hip impingement. Simple adjustment, get this man some help

I agree that if Brodie goes to a DGPT event next year with frozen disc, wearing a heavy jacket with probably a sweater underneath, with hands so cold he can barely tell he is gripping the disc and with absolutely no warm up before hand, he will probably have a bad year. Other wise I think he is going to be just fine.
I think when he plays with the foundation boys he's just having fun. I think its hard to play serious with them, Hunter and Trevor are a bunch of clowns(which is why I love their content).
Anyway, he looks much better in his New London round with Ezra
