I am lvl 156 and the best method is shark head which is also favorite food of the Meg the resilience is 20 so it's good an easier to catch I catch 10 megs in public as always.

But be careful you need to lock in because the Meg is a bit hard tbh.
And use hasty in artic rod so that you can get a Meg even faster.
