My 37 year old brother died recently from a stroke. He had sleep apnea and hypertension since early adulthood and never got it checked. He also got COVID in 2020 and quit his previous delivery job to work as Uber driver. He never got any physical activity and was recently getting almost overweight (he's 6 feet 5) when he lost his life.
I'm so sorry for your loss Steph x I never knew any side effects of it till I sat down to talk about snoring and found out I was in trouble. If I lived alone I'd of never had it checked and who knows my outcome :( it's so common its scary that we just don't hear about it
