Thank you Harry! How does GHL know when a lead does not have a whatsapp number? do you do this with the If/else action?
@@DimaAlWhebi Hey Dima, when the number isn’t registered with WhatsApp, GHL automatically ads a contact tag “non-WhatsApp number”… Easiest thing to do is to create a simple workflow with the trigger being - Contact Tag Added - Non-WhatsApp number - Then just add in the next steps…

Hi I’ve tried integrating what’s app but then it asks me to verify my business via meta business suite and then asks for my business documents to get approved, did h experience this?
@@joelb.property if that’s happening you’re using GHLs WhatsApp integration and not WAGHL… Have you set up an account with WAGHL? If so, there’s some guides on adding WhatsApp as its own gateway
