I want to live my life regardless of how I feel. However I also have balance and dizziness that makes it so I can’t go to the stores, mall, drive safe, work out of the house, etc. I have such a desire to live again. I just can’t ignore the symptoms of falling and balance. Can you help me
I am totally safe in my body and mind. My mind is clear and my body is strong. I can go everywhere I want to. I can handle all of my sensations and feelings. It is safe to feel. There is nothing to change inside of me, just to accept and love. ✨
Dan, its Sue Cummings Foreman. I am really enjoying your videos and I have Sarno's books. I can't believe how much this resonates with me. My mid back pain always flares up under stress, worry etc and I now see the connection! I have some core beliefs from birth, having been adopted and then losing my Mom at 17 that really need to be erased and replaced. Keep up the good work Dan!
Then, great video. 4/30 years I've been telling myself and everyone else who would listen that I have a structural problem causing back pain. Now I'm not having any pain at all and I never mention to anyone that I have a problem with my back. Is really has made a difference in my life
Would love a success video about hay fever :-) my hay fever started literally in the same as my severe OCD as a kid so I am suspecting compulsions and fear are behind it :-)
With fear and attention, virtually any condition can become persistent. Also, stress suppresses the immune system which can make things like hay fever more prevalent. If you expect to have the symptoms, the brain can literally create them. I don't currently have a success story about hay fever, but will keep my eyes open for one.
This is such valuable advice! It's easy to ruminate on these ideas you present but actually sitting with pen and paper...doing the exercise in real time...and the kinesthesis of writing activates the brain and engages the system in new ways. I'm trying to incorporate this new behavior into my daily routine . Yesterday was totally pain free. The day before filled with random episodes of 8/10 migrating pain based on no discernible causes. TMS ...I believe it. I took time yesterday to make myself fully aware of how pain free feels. I told my brain "remember this feeling!!" Let's do it again! I'll keep writing! Thank you!!

Thank You! This is something I really Need to Do. I think I have some pretty goofy beliefs that are not Good for me. I was heavily indoctrinated as a child by people who KNEW what was Right..and I didn’t question. It is probably time.
Dan, what do you think about what Joe Dispenza repeatedly says in his workshops when he says “If the mind can make you sick, can the mind make you well?” Does he mean that people, through a TMS process, have caused their cells, nerves, muscles and genes to make them get serious illnesses like cancer, MS, stenosis, pains in all parts of the body, etc?
Patty - Look at the POSITIVE aspect of this. If the mind can cause TMS pain, it can eliminate it. Focus there. Don't worry about whether or not the mind can make us sick. We already know it causes pain. Let's work WITH the mind to teach it some new tricks. Letting go of the pain and turning down the stress is THE place to start. A TMS approach and the things I teach will get you there. Feel your emotions. Soothe yourself and your system. Mindset of indifference about the symptoms - literally DO NOT CARE if you have symptoms or not. Go have some fun and live your life. Shift focus away from your symptoms. That's it, it's not that complicated.
