I like CHO's performance for not only audio-sound but also visual expression by his hands and face. When I was at his age, classical music used to be enjoyed just by audio like cassette tapes or audio-CDs. Nowadays I can see and listen like movies. I can feel more vividly how the pianist tell the story on the keyboards and by whole body language. Ultimately what I really want to say is that I realized this young pianist looks like listening as well as telling his music through the performance. In other words, the number one person among the audience of his playing may be himself. I have not any special knowledge about music, but I am very delightful when I feel the planist or original composer talk to me using musical language. Depending on how the storytellers speaks in terms of their voice tones, moods and etc, I can guess or imagine the original composers' (and the performers') personality, mental abyss etc.
👍👍👍
0:01 - No. 1 (Feverish anticipation of loved ones/Reunion)
0:41 - No. 2 (Painful meditation; the distant, deserted sea/Presentiment of death)

8:35 - No. 7 (Sensational memories float like perfume through my mind/The Polish dancer)
9:17 - No. 8 (The snow falls, the wind screams, and the storm rages; yet in my sad heart, the tempest is the worst to behold/Desperation)

36:53 - No. 24 (of blood, of earthly pleasure, of death/the storm)
I don't think these titles add any value to the music. Not everything has to have a tangible representation.
저만 싱크 안맞나요?
Seong-Jin's performance is very virtuosic, and it's really agitating. He is a great pianist who concentrates on large phrases, but also pays attention to the expression of small passages in the central melody. Thanks, Cho!
Couldn’t agree more 👍🏻
Best opus 28 ever 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻💯

Very well!
Around 19:00 the audio goes silent
bravo…
this video should be synced up
Great playing, horrible production quality. Why did the audio cut off? Why was the video not synced?
what is the piece after the prelude
Schubert - Moment Musicaux No. 3
