Rick, I'm definitely going to try your recipe. BTW, I made the Baby Back Ribs in the Speedi by itself, following two other You Tube Chefs almost similar directions. They were tender and delicious, However... What they don't tell you is the cleanup is terrible with the spices baked on to the pot in a solid and hard to remove burnt on crust That is why I requested Baby Back Ribs with either Yukon Gold, Red skin, or sweet potato or yams as a complete steam and bake meal Tnx as always fir your quick and recipies for the Ninja Speedi and other appliances, going back for the past 9 years.
