In this video I made my very famous Mango pickle with Garlic Paste but this time I’ve wanted to share the recipe with you so that you could try it on your own!
Ingredients for Mango Pickle with Ginger Garlic Paste:
◆ Raw mango pieces
◆ Ginger garlic paste
◆ Red chilli powder
◆ Salt
◆ Turmeric powder
◆ Jeera powder
◆ Fenugreek seeds powder
◆ Ground nut oil or optional: cold pressed groundnut oil
◆ Mustard seeds
◆ Jeera seeds

అతి చిన్న పల్లెటూరు, అందమైన బాల్యం నా గతం. అది ఎంతో అపురూపమైనది కానీ గత జన్మలా మిగిలిపోయింది.
అంతులేని కోరిక, భగీరథ ప్రయత్నం, తోడుగా నా జీవిత భాగస్వామి, వెరసి నేను కలలుగన్న బృందావనం కుటీరం హైదరాబాద్ నగరం చేరువలో.
మనసు పడ్డామా, మార్పుని కోరుకుంటున్నామా, ఏమో తెలియదు కానీ, మొత్తానికి పట్నంలో పల్లెను సృష్టించుకున్నాం. బ్రతికే యడం కాదు జీవిద్దాం అనే మా కోరికకు జీవం పోసుకున్నాం.
ఆర్భాటాలు లేని, అందమైన కలల ప్రపంచం లో మీతో కలసి ఆనందించాలని మీ ముందుకు వచ్చాను.
ఇందులో మా కుటీరం, అందమైన వనం, అమ్మమ్మ వంటలు ,ఆరోగ్య సూత్రాలు, ఆధునిక అడుగుల తో పాటు నా ఆలోచన స్రవంతిని మీతో పంచుకోవాలనే కోరికకు రూపమే ఈ కలగూరగంప.
