In this Video, German Hockey National Team goaltender Jenny Harss shows us the basics of goaltending: proper stance and butterfly positioning, as well as tracking the puck when making a save. She then explains the mistakes that a lot of newcomers to goaltending make, and how to correct that. At the end, I fire a few pucks at her to show the basic movements in action!
