I wasn't against all career mode when new hires walked in, but there has to be interviews, drug testing, thoro background checks etc...if they would have gone that route. You can't just bring in anybody and everybody, you just can't do that. This is the MAIN reason why I left in the first place. It creates toxic work environments. Then you got people hiding out being disrespectful and calling out 10 times a month. Well, if you would have interviewed and done a properly work background on this guy, you would have saw that and not even hired him in the first place.
I saw people wanted to switch to UPS once they got their contract figured out. I told them that you're better off here. What I meant by that was they were shit bags and would get away with what you're doing now. Had they gone to UPS with the same mentality, they would have been shit canned in the first month. UPS doesn't play around. You start calling out all the time, you're done. I worked for FedEx and they were the same way. You can't run and hide behind the union rep with these to companies.
Yeah. Giving up 13 minutes of fixed office time basically cuts 3% of the routes. What did Renfroe get for that gift to the PO. Something under the table maybe. Carriers got zip.

I was bred to run and never had to go to other stations thank goodness they ran me to the ground
