Pahari is not a scheduled language in 8th schedule. Dogri and Kashmiri are.
Secondly it is purely a political reservation. BJP will pay the price in the times to come. Other sections are rising up with such demands, forming new socio ethnic clevages.
Thirdly, the lethargic implementation and unplanned ST categorisation affecting the Gujjar Bakerwal tribes will also politicise the issue further.

The contest is between NC & PDP only, Apani party shall be definitely on 3rd position if& only if BJP supports otherwise no where.
