Scott and Casey, good job on this series. I think, however, you missed an opportunity when discussing the fate of the Joseph Smith persecutors. There is a story of the persecutors of the Saints in that area that is well documented. There is a bigger story than any of the individuals you followed in this episode, and it is more interesting. You should do another video on the fate of the communities that murdered and drove out the saints in Missouri. They were devastated far worse than anything that happened to the LDS people. The events that ensued due to the Missouri Compromise and the years leading to the Civil War, the Civil War itself and the reconstruction atrocities that followed the Civil War utterly destroyed the homes, farms and lives of the people who chased out the Mormons. Even more interesting, the very crimes that they accused the Mormons of were actually perpetrated against the people who persecuted the Saints - on a massive scale. I urge you to do further research into this area and make another episode. In this podcast, you were a bit disappointed that there was no justice for those who so unjustly killed our leaders. You'll find that justice on a much large and thorough scale when it comes to recompense for what was done to the church as a whole. There is enough material to do an entire additional podcast. Use for your beginning reference the material that B.H. Roberts wrote for the 'History of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints', Period 1, volume III. It is fascinating, I promise.
This has great research in it and is verifiable which is what is always needed for all things, thank you, brothers, for your time and effort, to tell the truth as far as you know it to be.

They may have outrun man's justice, but they can't do that with Heavenly Father's justice.
