He has a series called Dino's Danceolgy (I think it's spelled) anyway.. if you want to see some amazing everything dances that tick all the boxes, I recommend you watch them. They are all short clips.. It's performance clips. His most recent one, I think it's to a Billie Eillish song... It's just incredible. I think all of Seventeen are amazing. I love that these 4 are so involved with creating the choreo. Also The 8 is a b-boy.. he also has some performance videos and older music videos. He's pretty amazing too. He's been learning contemporary and he's gotten so good at it. I really admire his dedication to learning and improving his style. Jun is someone that once you notice him in a performance you'll be surprised you weren't watching him the whole time. I think he always puts his everything into performing and the dance. Hoshi is a genius. He finds inspiration from everyday things.. Like in one video he was explaining how picking up a tissue inspired the way some members would "pick up" other members in a dance. It was really neat to see how it was incorporated. He also feels super pressured that each dance must be great or he's letting the team down. You saw Spider.. he pretty much did all that.. the concept from start to finish. Thank you for reacting and appreciating these guys.
Another fun detail with this performance is lilili yabbay is also known as the “13th month’s dance” which is why the move that they do before the chorus drops (after the cough) creates a 13 with one hand holding up the 1 while the other draws a 3.
other members of seventeen have actually covered this before (hip hop unit performed it at one of their concerts, and seungkwan filled in for one of performance team once) and as a non dancer, i think watching those performances really highlight just how amazing this choreo is, and how talented performance team are. the rest of seventeen aren't bad dancers in any capacity but they still struggle with lilili yabbay a lot. it's also one of the reasons this is my favourite seventeen song by a mile - everything about it is just so good
The beginning has always looked like a lotus flower turning into flames to me. For the MV, they cleaned the space beforehand haha there is a behind the scenes where they show how it was filmed.

we really can't stop praising seventeen, because they really are great, and as for Dino himself, yes, he's really cool. There's no doubt about the performance units, they are really great at making and doing it.

I am never a dance expert but I am that one viewer who finds it hard to be impressed by just random performances, since I've been a hard fan or world dance competitions. Lol...
