If I was a competitor I buy 1st Elon's robot bam steal his hands etc. just make it look different, slightly different shape etc. Now Elon gotta try to improve it more making hard to open too. My point competition is a wonderfull thing that will advance robots so much faster and other awsome products.

Yes all good ideals to have a conscience behind the reason to produce the Tesla Bot. I thinking comes with rules on what it does but will make yes I can but will it can with consciece for the Tesla Bot, My question will it ever right it own rules
So with all due respect, please police your grammar, because I had a really hard time trying to make sense of what you were saying, but I do understand the premise of what you are saying, and the question that you asked.
So the obvious answer to your question, is no one really knows the answer, because the Tesla Optimus humanoid robot for all practical purposes isn’t a real thing, yet, and, so until this conceptual product, is actually put in the marketplace, where you and I can buy one, it isn’t a real thing.
So you’re way down the road to ask such a question, where the answer would even be relevant, and again we don’t know the answer to that question, as this type of a machine, however, sophisticated simply does not exist in the marketplace, and until it actually exists in the marketplace, then your question becomes relevant.
So I am sure that whether it’s Tesla or someone else that makes this type of a robot available to the public, then there will be a massive, legal, ethical, and political response, to having such a machine operating in our homes and on our public streets, and so I wouldn’t at all be surprised, that you will see a pushback on allowing these machines to operate, freely in such capacities/spaces.
So while I think it’s premature to ask the question you asked, I don’t think that it will be answered in any succinct way, as even asking the question invites or opens the door to controversy, and controversy is a killer of innovation/new ideas, as we’re seeing it do today, with electric cars, where some people have demonized Elon Musk for introducing the idea of a mass market electric car, and they have done everything to impede his efforts by attempting to block any support, and to slow down the adoption of EV‘s, especially the idea of a self driving car, as being dangerous, and out of control, and now others are having to push back on that idea that somehow electric cars are the problem in an effort to highlight what GM did when they killed the EV1 back in the 90s.
So there are some of us who remember that, and we don’t think going backwards, relying solely on the internal combustion engine or ICE cars is preferable to having an electric car, particularly when the science of climate change, global warming, and pollution are front and center in our politics, and quality of life issues.
