All those weights, sure aren't bad at all. That's pretty good, that old metal frame sure made a difference. Still not bad though, still would love to see a banshee powered build
You're thinking of the 94-95 Purple/Yellow Banshee Color Scheme. The TRI Z might have had a special color release in Europe or Mexico, but not in the States.
Those weights aren’t bad in the new ones. You got the tires loaded on that 85 or what!? Lol Also… big win for the hf lift tables. I bought one about a year ago and don’t know how I lived without it.
I'll say it again. Their weight is close to that of a dirt bike, and they have the traction of a quad. Trike's are a forced to be reckoned with! Biggest Shocker was the ATC 250R was just 10lbs heavier than the TRI Z. Coulda sworn the ATC's weighed 320/330lbs...well, they rode like they were 330 Haha.
I just picked up a 2018 YZ450FX it says they weigh 265 stock if so that's even 10 less then the Honda.. if only I didn't have a glass bathroom scale...
Deff neat video guys
Thanks man
Thank You. I love seeing the Data..

Its coming!
Lovw the different types of conguys!
Welcome back
And were back
Nice to know
I'm not surprised at all. 250r has all steel frame and huge bottom end for the motor. Good info
Welcome back! Pretty cool seeing weights are close to each other.
That new 450 is a tank.
Yes
I honestly expected the big wheels to weigh just as much as the trikes. Not too shabby
I figured it would be worse when I picked your swingarm up the first time but cool!
Awesome. I just asked about the dry weights a couple videos ago
Old school materials versus new school materials
You guys should do a video of the cost of the bike.
Didnt the TriZ 250 come in purple and yellow?

I think the steal frame adds some weight on 85 250r

What's the electric one weigh from the other video?
I'd be curious about the ATLA's weight also. What I wanna know is how much the KTM 300 weighs. I feel the biggest reason the YZ won was due to weight.
Ever think of doing a build on a Christini awd bike? #engineringnightmare 😆
I would love to do a big wheel one and a trike.
@@BVCOFFROAD I have a Christini roller

I am surprised the 450X was 275lbs, the R is 247lbs. Good comparison. How can we find the app?
Yamaha claims the wet weight is 227 for the 2022 yz250. For all the added stuff for the trike it’s not bad at all
Those steel frame yz 250's weigh 216lbs stock dry.

The 4 stroke is significantly heavier than the Yz250 2 smoker.
