I love when athletes can share this vulnerable side to their fan base. I used to babysit for a professional NHL player and it’s very interesting to have these conversations regarding injury, set back, the dark side of being an athlete. I think every day people like myself forget that a great athlete like Von Miller is just another human being going through a set back and how much that can impact mental health. I've had 2 ACL surgeries, and like Von said. It's all mental coming back. Your knee is stronger after it's healed, just need to get that 2nd thought out of the brain

Love ya buddy justgot out of the hospital today after 2 months... i have few months to go. Almost died with my proceedure but i am better now. Had to get back to my kids and wife. Just love your journey and am a life long bills fan but also a von miller fan since you were drafted...much love guys like you keep me moving forward
