    I completely cut out caffeine and my sleep has improved dramatically. In fact, without caffeine my whole life changed for the better. No jitters, no fatigue, better mood, more focus, more calm, less anxiety, running performance and weight lifting improved. I would love to hear more about the impacts of caffeine on sleep.

    Just ordered Dream Recovery! Thanks for covering this! I breath generally ok and mostly out of my mouth but I can tell a massive difference from when I wake up with a dry mouth, indicating I was mouth breathing, and when I feel like I was nose breathing

    I've made sleep more of a priority than I ever had this last 4 months or so. I feel better, and surprise-suprise, I'm a morning person.

    I work nights and can't really sleep during the day.. I'll sleep when I'm dead
