that throttle limiter change is the most stupid thing ever most ship have one weapon slot so for them the mouse wheel is now useless because they now need mouse wheel +alt for throttle limiter and ships like prospector or vulture do allready have otehr controll on mouse wheel+ alt so if you use them for salvage or mining throttle limiter dose not work anymore

the crazy @ labels are internal names that haven't been setup to translate into local language, probable due to many new keybinds not being translated yet or previous ones due for rewording
