Yeah, I only mentioned factory models. LACS are super interesting and they had bunch of interesting models over the years - I'd love to dig into that topic more. Thanks for bringing the knowledge, I appreciate your comments!

I was able to play this model for a few years. Very nice sound. I like that paf 7 low output pick-ups it brings more clearity to sound. Lightweight body in compare to any rg 7 string. Very nice guitar. Ive got few videos on it on my channel, you can check.

I love my Apex 2. Bought it years ago new to play Unearth songs. Mahogany RG body is a nice touch.

I HATE that tune o matic style bridges I sometimes play hard and they are knuckle busters!!!! Korn never even used them live and that’s likely why

When playing some Korn on it, I had string falling out of saddle grooves couple of times. Didn't enjoy it too much either. I think it needs steeper break angle to work properly.

Meshuggah started off using 7-strings but eventually changed (not sure when) to 8-strings and have been using them since. Ibanez, of course.

You're right! I remember a poster where they were together with Korn and other bands promoting 7 string Ibanezes. Thanks for reminding me that!

Hey munky has two different tabs for blind one is the power chord one on the Ibanez 7th heaven video (I learned from) other from 2012 when head first came back and munky was showing how he did both parts and he does it like you did so technically we both are right they have both videos on here too lol🤣🤘🏼

Hi George, thanks for stopping by and commenting! I know I'm playing those songs badly, I'm pretty crappy guitarist, I just stopped making that disclaimer in every video :)
I'm curious about the bridge comment - what's setup wrong? What I could do make it sound better? This is honest question, this is probably my first time with the tune-o-matic bridge and I'm happy to learn.
      Thanks!
