It's nice how TNT Sports still makes National League highlights.
This is crazy, in a good way. I'm from Bromley, been brought up there my whole life, good to see them doing well👍🏾
All the best
@@Warp75 real promotion!
Its a great day out there. Im a Charlton fan but live in Orpy so this is closer for me and my colleague to go. Cant wait for Wembley next week!
Solihull vs Bromley final.
A guaranteed first time name in the EFL next season then.
Brilliant 👍 what’s its all about

Not sure it is; two traditional non-League clubs with very poor support in areas saturated with big clubs.
Neither Bromley (one London borough replacing another in relegated Sutton) nor Solihull are long-term sustainable, and neither offer much to the EFL except to their own small bands of supporters.
@@elaineblackhurst1509 Bromley will have as much support as do the likes of Morecambe, Barrow, Crawley, Salford or Harrogate in League 2. But yes staying up next season much less long term would be a constant battle and would require a significant increase in capacity and attendance. There are plans underway to increase capacity but they have been hampered by planning issues centred around the Ground being zoned as green belt.
@@elaineblackhurst1509Altrincham and Barnet wouldn’t be too different either though, Barnet have been in the EFL before for a while but still usually non league in London near much larger clubs

I didn’t mention Barnet (Greater London) or Altrincham (Greater Manchester) because they both lost in the play-off semi’s, but both are clearly in the same boat as the other traditional non-League clubs - low support and in areas saturated with big clubs.
In spite of a great NL season, only an abysmal 1968 could be bothered to go to Barnet each week and that includes loads of relatively local games meaning significant away numbers.
Barnet’s previous EFL vacation pretty much proves my point - promotion of clubs like this is unsustainable, and offers little to the EFL.
Grew up in Locksbottom. The idea that Bromley are one win away from reaching the football league is INSANE. I had a secondary school girlfriend who at weekend would tend to some horses opposite Hayes Lane. Sometimes we would even jump over a small barrier and have a kick about until some old bloke would chase after us 😂
Bromley playing well this season, good luck for Sunday ravens!! 👊🏻
Proud to be born in Bromley. One of the oldest football teams in England. Get in!
"One of the oldest football teams in England" - literally 53 older clubs in the PL and EFL alone
Michael cheek after a decade of consistent National League goals could finally be a league player, shocked he hasn't stepped up years ago tbh
Bromley fc is ready to play for promotion! ❤
As a Kiddy fan I thought Conn-Clarke was the best player Ive seen in the NL this season, (will be hard for Alty to keep him) and Woodman one of the best Managers.
Depends how much Alty can afford to offer him. Alty aren’t the richest side around, so if someone really wants him they will get him.
He may move sideways to another NLP side if the money is right.
Wouldn’t mind him at Bromley tbf
I live near Bromley and the grassroots league I play in hold most of their matches in the park next to the Hayes Lane Stadium. It's mad to think they could be in the EFL next season!!!
Its Genuinely crazy i live so close to bromley and the thought of them getting promoted makes me so happy
COME ON BROMLEYYYY❤❤❤❤❤
What a day that 2nd half first 15 mins what a turnaround woody must of give them such a lift and or speech at half time
CMON BROMLEY TO THE EFL WE GO 🎉🎉🎉
3:54 What a goal
Bromley stuck at it , nice 3rd strike ... the old nemesis the Moors await
I’d love to see Bromley in the EFL
London already has too many teams, and Bromley will be one of the worst supported teams in League 2 (like Sutton were last season); long-term unsustainable (like Sutton), and offer little to the EFL (like Sutton).
(Pretty much same applies to Solihull in relation to West Midlands if they win the final).
I’d go back to 1-up 1-down.
@@elaineblackhurst1509 Just NO to all that. Love to see new clubs in the league. Nothing wrong with more London (or Birmingham) clubs in the league for more local derbies. And just 1-up 1-down is very harsh on clubs trying to get there for the first time, given there is often at least one relegated regular league club such as Chesterfield (or nouveau riche club like Wrexham) who make it too difficult...
That tastes like promotion!
Let's gooooo Bromley
Up the brom 7 years in the making now we go to the efl
Don't mean to sound too harsh but some the defending was brutal
Gateshead were screwed.
Bromley's first could've been a foul on the keeper.
😂😂😂
Nah. If the keeper just runs into a bunch of players, of course he's going to be contacted...
Come on Bromley
C'mon Bromley 👏👏👏👏
Enjoyable to watch as a neutral. Well done to both teams.
Forza Brom!
Cheeky's gotta find his scoring form for Sunday and hopefully Ben Krauhaus will be back to full fitness in time. C'mon BROM! But what a goal from man like Myles Weston!
classic 'game of two halves'.
much more entertaining than the referee library derby (manchester derby)
I have never heard of altrincham. I know where bromley is its a town in south east London. Well done to bromley for making it to Wembley tho. I support a London club that is finished chelsea
Greater Manchester I think
My god, really, Famous non league club from Cheshire involved in many FA Cup upsets. To my knowledge never been in football league
@@MICKY111able The only Non League team to win the Conference twice in a row and still not get into the football league
Up the ravens
Well done Bromley 🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛
We need another London team in the football league gownnn lads
Do Bromley have to lay a real grass pitch if they reach the EFL?
Yeah. It’s ready to be done and the existing pitch will be reused
Brommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
UP THE BROMLEY
I wanted a Bromley v Solihull final. Happy to see either one win. I don't like it when players, who just kicked a goal, roughly, almost angrily, push their team mates away when they are trying to celebrate with them. Or when they run over to opposition fans and mouth off to them. It's poor sportsmanship. Sorry just my opinion.
Tasteless celebrations for the second
Mum I made it I’m on tv
Myles Western 🫡 gwarnin bredda
Fake grass? No wonder the ball bounced like that.
Anyone with an artificial pitch at this level should be embarrassed
Only got playoffs due to plastic pitch joke league
