I watched a few old footages from the XIX century, and I was just amazed at those films and how I was able to observe those people walking around, just living the life many many years ago. So I can only imagine what people in the future would think about how the world and the people look like back in the days (if humans are still around or even our beautiful planet earth) thanks to all the people like you that take the time to record these wonderful places! ❤️

I have been to West Germany in 1990 but have never been to East Germany e.g. Berlin and Podsdamer etc before as I would love to visit and stay in Berlin for 28 days / 4 weeks in Sept-Oct 2024. Berlin is nice for walking but it is such a big place that you really need to use the S-Bahn/U-Bahn to see all of the different neighbourhoods. Fortunately it is pretty cheap, when I was there in 2021 an all day ticket was around 8 euros and the service is very efficient. As an example, from the Olympic Stadium to Checkpoint Charlie is around 11km and takes almost an hour on the S-Bahn/U-Bahn.

This isn’t so much a walking tour as a slideshow. Can’t get any sense of where you are and the arbitrary selection of the next location is odd. I skipped ahead to find the ‘start’ of the tour rather than the odd next clip. If you’re going to walk, walk it without switching to the next place every 30 seconds or so. Couldn’t deal with it.
