I am tremendously impressed by Lilah's ability to frame highly intelligent and perceptive questions while simultaneously listening so closely to Tessa's answers! It never felt like Lilah was just ticking off a list of questions - she would allow the answers to dictate the direction of the conversation! One of the best podcast episodes I've ever heard!
I love the process how Tessa responded to each question . She was honest and every response came from her heart. Very intelligent and smart in a healthy perspective. Very impressive.! These two are so great. Both are so intelligent, human, empathic, talented and study and work at similar things. Just crazy. Love them.
Thanks to this interview I discovered Lilah Jo Show and I find it very interesting and well made. She was very well prepared and asked very thoughtful questions. I wish she did another interview with Tessa and also one with Scott or both of them after 3 years of retirement. I also appreciate Tessa for admitting the grieving process and getting emotional about it. It just shows how important this relationship is to her. I also find the answer to the question about the possibility of dating very honest. I always thought it was a decision and that it actually served their chemistry. That tension was clearly seen on ice. That could have changed after they stopped skating but by that point Scott was already engaged and it was already too late. They went separate ways in order to cope with that. I hope it won't stop them from working together in the future just as they always declared in the past. Tess you have some business to do at the rink. I just hope she will realize that one day.

Amazing interview with two extraordinarily articulate empathetic women. The conversation ignited memories and thoughts of my past life as an athlete and then a business woman and then a Mom. I have admired Tessa as I experienced her journey as an athlete and now will enjoy watching her evolution as a business woman and perhaps a wife and maybe a Mom. It is not necessary that you experience all that I have mentioned for I respect it is your journey ....but I hope you do! I’ll be following the next chapters of your life and I wish you success for I know you will have that ...but I also wish you serenity❤️ Sally Sullivan
