Turns out there was an alternate version of the Kaos theme uploaded to SoundCloud less than a month after SSA's original release date. I'm fairly certain it's official, since the instruments all sound identical and it has 7 phases, just like the final game's filenames say there should be. (The final game has no phase 5, and the names go straight from 4 to 6)
So anyway, I decided to make this combo of the game and SoundCloud versions because why not

this feels like a rematch music for him holy shit.
like i hope if they ever remaster spyro's adventure, they add a boss rush mode, with kaos's fight being longer and harder, like wii version hard. along with using this mix for the fight; bonus points if they add the hydra actually attacking instead of just sitting in the back and doing the equivalent of twiddling it's thumbs while spamming AOEs

Actually been working on one for the boss themes already! I'll probably have a version for all the main console final battle themes as well as a bonus version including EVERY battle theme he had, including the mobile games, SSCR, unused tracks, etc.
