- The Chicago Transit Authority replaces the deteriorating Blue Line tracks between Illinois Medical District and LaSalle stations in order to bring service back to 55 mph and increase reliability for the second busiest rapid transit service in the city.

At about 6:35 there is an idiot abusing the bikes on train privilege by riding his bike on the platform.

It's banned during rush hour (7a-9a, 4p-6p)

Phase One should be completed by October 8, when the tracks between UIC-Halsted and Illinois Medical District should reopen for passenger service.
