The instrumentation is absolutely extraordinary and complents Katherines voice. I see her making it big time from this. The season finale solidified her star power. Very inspirational song. it has a lot of meaning to it, how throughout life there will always be people who will never appreciate who you truly are and they will always want to change you to have you be what they want. I think that this song tells that kind of person and how you need to be yourself and not want to change for anyone's sake.

I can't understand why people don't understand that they are both talented singers. Ivy (Meagan's) voice is too heavy for this song. Karen (Katharine's) voice is lighter, pure... I know that when they started making the show they did get the rights to a Broadway show for 'Smash' itself. There has been some talk about making Bombshell a musical but no one has worked one it. They are too busy with getting season 2 up and running. I would be fine if they wanted to do both. :P

Katharine is a trained musical theatre actress. She graduated from the Boston Conservatory school of Musical Theatre.
