Excellent tip I use fresh lavender and hang 3 to 4 bundles in my bird room old tip a Romany Traveller gave me 30 yrs ago ! Does it work ! It works for me. Good luck 👍

I have a female canary but not breeding it but she is seems to be shredding everything in her cage should I get a nest and some nest material I hope this will pass and I will rehome her

Stupid question but how do I actually fit this nest pan to the cage it looks identical to urs but doesnt sit on the cage right? Is it broken or am I missing pieces? Maybe im just stupid idk haha

I'm feeling rather depressed. I raise fife canaries for three years now. My birds have started laying eggs over a week ago. I checked them today and non are fertile. They have been given vitamin e. Is it normal to get infertile eggs when they first lay eggs?

The first egg is almost always not fertile . But if all eggs over time are not fertile , maybe the male wasn't ready for breeding.
