Yep, the theme of the Ichika Mix-Up event that is going on right now is that a Bemani games gets two crossovers while sharing two of its songs to two other games, and then they mix the crossovers to create a new song that is largely a remixed mashup. Pursuer was the DDR song that crossed over to Gitadora while DDR got in Kiyayora Satellite in return, so Kilonova is mashup of the two songs. Similarly w/ DDR & DRS's case, New Decade is the DDR song that crossed over to DRS while DDR got Bredli in return, so Shin Hebibhime is a remixed mashup of those two songs.
I feel like the doublestep/crossover at 0:16 is unintentional since it doesn't get repeated in the following sections even though the music stays the same P: Kind of annoying
Weird as it may sound the easiest way I've been able to handle it is by doing the turn, hitting the jumps while still turned to the left, and then resetting to hit the note before the freeze arrow. Definitely agree that it seems like a mistake.

The jackets for all 8 remixed mashups of the Ichika Mix-Up event featuring the mascot characters of the respective games that the songs come from (i.e. Baby-Lon and Mottie from DRS are on Shin hebi hime's jacket, Rasis from SDVX & Oto-bear are on White Stream's jacket, etc.).
