@first down training Hey Coach are there any tips or tricks that you can give me in order to be more glidish rather than choppy while moving in the pocket in order to be able to, not only practice proper footwork but in order to get better👌🏾
I would say to be more glidish - try to keep your front heel off the ground. So your back foot is grounded completely so you’re always ready to throw but the front foot the heel is off the ground so that foot can guide you and move you quickly

Coach, how can I deal with a defensive line putting pressure on me? I’m gonna start at quarterback this season most likely, and my offensive line is not very good, so how can I react to pressure and learn to handle it?

if your team uses hudl they might have film already on there
Does your team have hudl?
Usually for players Hudl is free, the school/team pays for it. So they just grant you access to an account

I’ll make a video on this. Has a lot to do with your rotator cuff strength.
If you search up “first down training QB shoulder warm up routine” on UA-cam those exercises can strengthen your rotator cuff to help you keep your arm up
