      It could be depending the age you start at. If you’re an early-mid teen it certainly is. But late teens and adults they are definitely achievable

      Is say under. I lifted 180kgs first time i tried deadlift and 200kg a month later. Squat i did speedreps with 180kg and Bench 130 after a few months, weighing around 90-93 kgs

      @@jensejense Then you have insane genetics. After 9 months I can DL 130, Bench 65, Squat 95 kgs (Numbers are not true rep max because iv'e never tested it, but it's what I know I can lift as singles). I'm M32 and 77 kg right now, started at 69 kg.
