Unconditional Love

A meditative visioning of sharing Love with every aspect of ourselves that has ever or will ever exist.
As within, so without. The amount of Love that we offer to ourselves, is the exact amount of Love that we are able to circulate into the infinite abundance of all that IS.
This is the fifth of a weekly series of mediations and visioning practices that I am releasing to support us all in calling into reality the world we desire to be a part of.
I hope that you will join me for these weekly practices and in offering support to the communities of the world who need it in every way that you are able.
Sending infinite love to Palestine, Congo, Sudan, Ukraine, the ICE detention centers, and all other people who need to be held up as we strive together to create a world of equity, safety, sharing, and support.
Sending love to the rainforests, endangered creatures, and to the all of our ecostructure. It is our shared environment that allows us to BE at all.
We, all of existence, every piece of matter, are one instance of Be-ing, one spirit - omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. Every instance that we are able to show up for another piece of this whole with love, support, safety, and peace is a moment of healing that helps to lift us up.
True liberation means liberation for all - part and parcel. We are worth it.
I love me. I love you. I love us.
