"Ignorant cretins, you are merely postponing the inevitable!" - I could see him saying this during his fight with Christoff and the Status Quo trio. Probably referring to reality collapsing. "Seven minutes is all I can spare to play with you." - Phobos being his usual condescending prick self during the confrontation with Christoff that spurred him to sabotage the project. "We shall meet again, before the conclusion of this drama. Then you will learn of the history I will write for this world." - Could very well be applied during his initial clash with Christoff in episode 1.5.

I disagree but I respect your opinion. Personally I think it adds a fitting layer of dark comedy for Hank to be so nonchalant about committing mass murder on a daily basis. That being said though, I think I like the idea of him sounding like Rick Hunter Postal Dude better since that version has a kind of grumpiness and cynicism to it compared to Corey Cruise's more laid-back goofball take.
