I guess it is not. Latex catsuits are usually not allowing any transfer of air or fluids in or out except at the zippers if there are some.

@@JoaoGomes-ko6re depends on the catsuit. It is common to have a zipper though the crotch for that case but you can also order them without any zippers. It depends on your preferences and your goals what you order.
