Normally, you would not use Stampin’ Write markers on Window Sheet (or Vellum) because it would not dry as quickly, however, since you will be putting Clear Embossing Powder *over* the ink, it will be covered and not smear. So, yes, I believe you would be able to use non-alcohol based markers for this technique. Post a pic after you make this card! I would love to see your work! Cheers!!
