One of the best driving and functioning 1959 Caddy convertibles anywhere. I drove it home and around town, loved it. My father (founder of Volo Museum) took it out for the afternoon and came back raving about it, said five star. My brother has restored and owned several 1959 Caddys, he drove for a day and talked very highly of it. He says they all rattle, not this one. He took it over railroad tracks and it was smooth. Power windows glide up and down fast, steers and stops easy, starts right up hot or cold, even the clock works!

Please get it into the shop and fix that exhaust leak. It is a beautiful car but shouldn't sound like it does right now.
It seems to have a a little bit of a leaking exhaust note. I would check the exhaust for a hole. If it doesn't have a hole then I would check the asbestos gaskets between the exhaust manifold and the block.
I'm sure it'll get its turn by the shop.
I seriously need to win the lotto. I want one!!!
How did all these 59s survive ? There seem to be so many in Sweden and here in Manchester England where I live there are three that come to our local car shows.
Wonder how far the come/drive for the car show. 🤔
@@VoloMuseumAutoSales Hi ! they are quite local, just a few miles apart. I don't think they get driven far, and only in the summer. We did have until 4 years ago a main Cadillac dealer, but it sadly closed.
