@@robinsssBoth extremes are off-putting to me, but I can at least rap my head around hyper religious people. We're born into this world with no knowledge of how/why we and reality itself exists. We try to shelter children from the harsher aspects of our reality, but eventually we all realize that this reality has a lot of pain, stress, and horror. Very few people (if any) seem to be consistently happy, and human life is orchestrated in such a way that as we gain more knowledge and resources, our bodies begin to break down which makes it much harder to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
So, we don't know how this reality was created or why we exist in it. We just know that whatever this is, we're in it. Is it random chaos? Is it a prison? Is it a standardized virtual reality test that we're taking? It feels better to believe that all you have to do is believe in the right God and you'll be greatly rewarded. Religion simtaneously allows people to feel safe from the mystery of existence and superior to other people.
People who live like Godless heathens? They're likely too stupid to even consider that reality itself may be more than what we perceive, and that the consequences of their actions may extend beyond their human life. We as humans are getting extremely close to building a software system that contains all of human knowledge and can simultaneously communicate with millions of people while monitoring the actions of everyone on Earth who owns a smart phone. It amazes me that people can understand that and simultaneously claim that the idea of an omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient diety is completely ridiculous.

It just doesn't come natural for women because they act out of emotions. They need to train themselves (or perhaps taught from an early age by their dads) to think logically and separate their emotions. Only a very small percentage of women who can do that consistently
I agree but it's also young men too. Critical thinking/logic/reason is not being taught in the education system any longer. Now they indoctrinate/brainwash them with propaganda so they don't know how to think.
