can you tell how to upscale ai images in photoshop because Topaz is a heavy software.

Keep in mind that Topaz Photo AI is a pay once software at $199 or Topaz Gigapixel AI at $79 on special. Photoshop on Adobe cloud is a recurring charge every month. Unfortunately, I do not know how to upscale in Photoshop, since I don't particularly use it.
