Diving in shark island and martini rock in Fujairah UAE

Place: two dives, the first was in martini rock opposite to khorfakkan and the second was in shark island 5 minutes away from it.

VoldemarPr we didnt see any sharks on this dive but were able to spot some in other dive sites. I'm using the canon ixus 130 with canon housing

Why is it called Shark Island if there are no sharks?
