    were those router bits you used a KW surplus find?

    Are you using the CA glue for plastic binding on the edge of the wood body?

      I get a good permanent bond with gorilla glue ... but it is a very "acquired execution", to get exactly the right amount without the glue squeeze. Practice makes perfect ... but the 4x expansion ratio of the gorilla glue takes some practice to get it right every time. Good Luck. MMcC
