In August 2023 I was able to order this music from Classical Vocal Reprints, Fayetteville, AR. It is included in a collection of Price’s Short Organ Works, ClarNan Editions, CN 24.

What do the circular and square symbols mean? Use different organ stops?

I think those are related to Hammond organ presents. (But don't quote me on that). The several numbers should reference a Hammond drawbar setting.
