    It's always a pleasure to enjoy content on this channel. I often just have the build reviews running in the background. That gun metal looks like exactly what I want for my inner frames - not exactly black but still metallic like it's greased metal.

    @mrdavid333 2 роки тому +1

    I think the reason you might have issues with the clear on metallics is the thinner/base of the clear re activates the metallic. Thats what causes the flakes to loosen up and move about.
    Can get around it by using a water based clear or allowing the metallic to fully cure.

    The joy you had from the yellow is probably why yellow exists. It's such a happy color.

    Odenkan has been in the Taiwanese Gunpla scene for at least 3-4 years. What's so special is their candy series, where you can just use the RGB and get your desired colors (which is very tough for the other brands out there!). Just experiment and have fun. Also, they have primer for PP/PVC, which makes RG interior frame ungodly good looking.

    • @myrirr
      @myrirr 2 роки тому +1

      As for thinning, for 0.5mm you might wanna use 1:1; for 0.3mm 2:1 basecoat + 10:1 other coats. Hope this will help you.

    • @myrirr
      @myrirr 2 роки тому +1

      They also do have a clear coat for their metallic series (its pretty new).... which also acts as an interfacing coat. Ask them for it!

    Thanks Gundam, I really like your modesty for these reviews. Your paints jobs are on another level, and you're like..."meh i dont know." Anyway, please tell us if there is any 2k clears or primers that can be purchased in larger than 14oz. Quantities. Our struggles are real. Tell us there is a quality product in quarts or pints you have yet to disclose. Do enlighten us, gurru of gunpla. It's hard to feed this monkey with the cost of clears! A lead on primers is good too. If not, I'll settle for more builds and reviews. Thanks for what you do.

    I went balls deep, really excited for these paints to show up. Hope you get some sort of kickback from people clicking that link because you fucking sold me with the smooth paint job and when you said they had mixable primaries, great job on this review.

    This is great news. I'm chronically inept at dilution.
