I could not be more excited for October 16th, this update looks absolutely amazing! A tremendous amount of resources, time, and dedication will be required to make good use of this update, but the rewards justify the effort, I would say. Let me know your opinions. there are still a few details I don't know or understand, but they will come with time and experience after release.

How did you pay for attunement? It's not showing up in thetford or do I need to go in different city? Or do I need a weapon with attunement points before I can buy them? It's my first time doing it, I'm using tier 6 weapon and I dont want to risk it since I'm f2p and its my faction war weapon.
I made the video on the test server before the launch. IN that case I was able to 'cheat' and get free attunement from the totem, but on the live server you have to farm attunement open world or in dungeons. With that 6.4 weapon, you can only get attunement in full loot PvP zones, so....you have to risk it =/
Is there any source where i can find what stats are best for each weapon? I am using Badon bow, and i dont know what stats to roll...
That's a very good question. I am not aware of a resource, but I'll add that to my 'vid ideas' spreadsheet. For Badon, I think CDR is going to be #1, followed by ability damage and HP or lifesteal.
Hello! I did not get the last trait that I want for my shadowcaller would it be worth to replace it until I get the trait that I want, adding more strain to the weapon or just disenchant it and reset again?
That's a very good question. If it is 6.4+ and you haven't progressed too far I think it is worth restarting (disenchanting). Otherwise, it might be worth re-rolling. Really a tough call regardless.

are all the traits the same for every weapon ? like can i get lifesteal on spear aswell ?
yep, you have the potential to get all the traits
Im a bit confused you can farm attunement points on yellow zone t4 to t5 weapons but for t6 or higher can only be obtained in black zones what about red zones do i get attunement?
Yes, you can get attunement in red or black zones. Any "full loot pvp" zones.

Legendary and epic mists in yellow zones are non lethal with tier 6 mobs?
@@hubristicmystic I haven't done much YZ Misting, but I believe so, yes. I think you may be able to access T7 non-lethal.
Do i have to farm attunement with the weapon i wana upgrade? And where can i farm attunement for a 8.4 weapon?
Kill any mob that gives u fame i think
Yes, you have to use the weapon you want to upgrade. It's added to that weapon specifically.
If i lost my weapon.. i lost all the atributes? I should do the whole process again and spend all the money again to awaken another weapon?

Will people bring .4 weapons into pvp/mist is the question,since it cost so much.What do you think?
You will see people do this 100%... but it won't be often for sure.. I recon you'll see some 5.4 - 6.4 and then a few going big boy 7.4 and 8.4... but they will probably farm them up in safer methods
I am 100% going straight to the Mists with my Awakened Weapons. Not even going to pass Go.
@@J8D8 I agree. My plan is to go straight into the Mists with some gucci weapons to attune them quickly, then become much more careful as the time investment grows. Balls to the wall opening day though :)

What are the repair costs on a 4.4 if you go down?
No idea...I've never repaired one, I just use it til I lose it xD
maybe leveling up an 8 weapon and then using runes and stones to make it 8.4 once it's maxed out?
It has to start at .4

What tier map to go to earn attunement for 8.4? Can i bring a different weapon there or kill mobs using my 8.4?
I think it will cause like hostage trading scenarios. You give us back our 4 attuned weapons and we will give you your 3 attuned weapons back.

How does IP help? Does it improve all stats?
Yes, whichever stats correspond to the weapon. Usually damage, HP, sometimes healing.
You said we gonna cheat and grab our attunement. Why don't you explain what you did? I just heard that sentence and don't know how you did it nor did we get any information on that. Please help thanks
This video was made on the test server, so you could grab infinite attunement from the pillars at the time. It is not possible now. You have to grind attunement open world or in Abbeys, as has always been the case on the main server.

How do I get .4 weapon? I only have weapon at max .3
You have to buy a weapon that is already crafted as .4. You can't upgrade.

Anc there's this one guy who claims to have over 1T, and he's got it all from early gold investments, and that he's never spent a single dollar for AO! Bloody cheaters! Those people ruined their server, it is all brokies who have to play 10h/d to and can barely pay for a month of Premium, with less than 1 M left and emty chests & no islands/economy, and at the same time these are JUNDREDS of ppl with over 100B, like that guy who owned like 2/3 of all the Brec., and didn't even play "seriously" (idk if he's emptied some credit cards or just got juck, or was/is both a strong OG player AND also had a REALLY LUCKY START//Or a Lucky Strike, I guess - that'd be also a valid guess-job;) Dunno, I am not playing there. Yes, but the cost is commensurate with the reward. it has to be that way. Otherwise it would be too broken and devalue higher tier weapons. People could just use 4.4, make it cracked, forget higher tiers.

I disagree. Those using these weapons take exorbitant risk in doing so, and they are liable to die to rats. It adds an element of extreme excitement, a gold sink, and using an awakened weapon does not make one automatically good at the game...I've separated a few weapons from undeserving hands myself :P
also they reduced the buffs after I released this vid. They WERE absolutely broken, but moreso balanced now.
