    Taught these things for multiple times at uni, I can say that the way the story is being told in this lecture is very impressing! This video for me is also a master class on teaching, in addition to unsupervised DL! Thanks!

    Great lecture! Big fan of the series. As a visual learner, I do realize I learn better with that tiny window where I can see the instructor's face like we had in L1. It's easier for me to imagine myself in an actual lecture hall. I clear my desk and wait for bathroom breaks and everything. 🤣🤣🤣

    Regarding the sparsifying assumptions discussed ~ slide 22; could it be said that these days learning dense embeddings from very high dimensional but sparse vector of features also falls in the same category, which is to make the training and inference more tractable?

    Phd student's presentation is schizophrenic, would benefit from covering 3 fewer items
