Our welsh first minister is being hamstrung by a tory government in london that benefits if the labour welsh fail, so they criminally underfund us. And the loss of EU farming subsidies after brexit is obviously making an impression. As for wilding quotas, it does need to be revised per farm i think, but what farmers conveniently forget is that we signed the Paris agreement along with most other developed nations and we have to stand by our promises to that treaty and our emissions targets. Farmers have it tough at the moment, certainly, but they also tend to blindly object to every new policy without making any effort to meet the govt half way or to realise they have to make an effort in regards to global warming
