Governor Ron DeSantis announced State Attorney Andrew Warren of the 13th Judicial Circuit has been suspended for putting "himself publicly above the law."
When a prosecutor refuses to convict a criminal and the criminal goes out and commits another crime, lock up the criminal and the prosecutor and put them both in the same cell…
YEESSSSS!!!! Because the prosecutor IS COMMITTING A CRIME when he/she does not convict!
I would change that to prosecute for the crime, conviction is on the jury

Andrew Warren has abandoned his duty to uphold the law. Social justice isn't legal justice. It's a subjective opinion based in politics. You DO NOT let your personal opinions affect your work if said opinions go against the rules and regulations you're supposed to enforce. It's a matter of common sense, decency, and professional integrity.
Andrew Warren abused the power he was granted by the people. The people doesn't vote for personal opinion when electing an Attorney General prosecutor. They vote for someone to uphold the law of the land, and every single time that person refuses to do that it negatively affects the people who voted. Yes, not leave it up to the President of the USA ONLY. Needs coordination of all leaders in each state to do their jobs. Down to the police officers, lawyers, judges & governors to establish justice & law and order in each state of the union in America. That's why we have 50 different states to make up America as doing their jobs in each state of the union. The 10 commandments in the Bible (King James Version) or New King James Version, states this one commandment: Thou shall not kill. Women of America, that includes BABIES or any living thing. You say have right over my body. Then when you claim responsibility, you need to be a responsible adult to take care of that part, by using common sense of using birth control methods if don't wish to have a baby. And one sure way is to have your tubes tied if don't want to have one. Then when want one have them untied. Since birth control items don't always work because of period irregularities - hormone flexation. Don't know why drs. don't mention that last sure option. And it's not just a blob, as you will see with an ultrasound. Planned Parenthood lies to you. Go have one & see for yourselves. There's always adoptions or family or friends wouldn't mind taking care of another one. Some people would give anything to get pregnant - can't. Spend thousands of dollars in order to get pregnant. So be a responsible adult that takes care of her body properly & does not resort to killing the life in her womb & also in the most horrible way & then being used in innant things & charging money. Stop making them rich over terrible atrocities done to human life. And the woman that started this abortion procedure to be had, was prejudice, and made sure these clinics were put in neighborhoods of mixed races. Some have had a negative experience even, and could not get pregnant again when wanted too. After seeing remarks by the 'left' saying that what Gov. DeSantis was illegal. I looked at the Florida State Constitution (last revision was in 1968), take a peek at Article IV: Section 1: (B) "The governor may initiate judicial proceedings in the name of the state against any executive or administrative state, county or municipal officer to enforce compliance with any duty or restrain any unauthorized act." -- Basically, the Governor has the power to remove any 'State Employee" elected or not and anyone within the Florida National Guard.
You might have read the constitution but clearly you didn’t read the laws otherwise you would know they aren’t in effect yet so there isn’t a crime for him to prosecute.

And this decision seems appropriate to me. But Florida’s laws and politics are often regressive. Every jurisdiction, including in Florida, has problems. Every one. We’re working on our own work trying to make things better in California as evidenced by our ousting of that local prosecutor. Dunking on other jurisdictions so you can congratulate yourself about how great you think you are (while not acknowledging the actual issues you DO have) is not a good look. Twenty people putting on a dog and pony show to drag that prosecutor through the mud is really ugly. But it helps DeSantis’s politics. That’s all this event is. Tear a man completely down in public for political gain. Just suspend him and get back to work. We don’t need this public hanging crap in California.

I was a deputy sheriff in California and I saw how bad the hiring standards dropped over the years. I don’t trust the local Santa Clarita station because they have a few bad apples. These are bullies who don’t want to write reports and don’t care about domestic violence victims. Hiring standards need to be high because the job of a law enforcement officer is not something that changes based on the person who is working that shift. We were trained so well and it was heartbreaking to see it get worse and worse. Police officers are not special and not above the law but I’m seeing people who use their badge as their identity and that is not good. I hope Florida doesn’t take la county sheriffs department seriously because it is not a good agency anymore. I think that sheriff Grady needs to step in and train la county sheriffs department to understand what they are being paid to do.

Its getting the same here in England U.K. I watch the police series of real arrests and crimes committed, from carrying dangerous weapons, drugs seizures, to stabbings, and at the end of the shows they tell you the action taken, when they've been through the court system. And 8 of 10 the answer is, no further action taken. It makes me sick to see the police who do right, being then let down by the "justice system." Its true, the law is an ass, not the laws. Because the law is not, enforcing and upholding the laws. why not give the sheriffs who do their jobs correctly to be state attorney's after so many years in service and so on. May God have mercy on their souls, who do such grievous acts, and allow these criminals to go unpunished.
