I put it as simple as this. Satay should be cheap BUT the expertise of the person who prepares the satay will make it taste 10x better than the price. That's for me called the best satay. If you have to pay for example rm200 for satay, you might as well just eat wagyu steak at the restaurant. A good beef which you have to pay rm200 it should be good to eat on its own.
funfact: the main reason timun and bawang there are to neutralize radikal bebas yang ada dekat satay tu yg gain masa proses pembakaran. effect radikal bebas to our body for jangka masa panjang are penyakit kronik like alzheimer n sakit jantung
Walaupun aku penggemar ayam tapi kalau makan satay aku prefer daging atau kambing. sebab ayam rasa biasa2 sangat. untuk aku nasi impit kalau xde pun xkisah yang penting bawang dengan timun mesti ada😊
I must agree with the panel.. what is a satay without the fat, spices.. right? I dun care how expensive the meat going to be.. and seriously guys.. at the end of the day.. normal street ayam satay is the one u go to.. maybe 1 daging per 5 ayam..
